Think About

What comes to mind when you think about your own personal Spirituality? There are as many perspectives and definitions as there are people. All have merit. Common ground and themes include but are not limited to the awareness that there are things beyond the sensory, the physical body and materialism, along with the awareness that there is indeed something esoteric and universal beyond the self that makes up everything around us, and that we a part of it. It is a sense of the Divine, that there is an author, a creator, a higher power associated with All That Is. We don’t have to know this definitively or have physical proof or see a photograph. It is an intuitive sense of simply knowing. Perhaps most importantly is our sense that this exists in all of us which allows for the concept of Oneness, connecting all of us to each other, the animals, trees, birds, spirits and Gaia.

Our spirituality helps create our sense of compassion, love, altruism, hope, awe and wonder. It gives us wisdom and our truths. It shows us our aggression and selfishness and encourages us to become a better person. It helps us to reach our full potential, to become aware and enlightened, to be who it is we have agreed to be.

Once we are comfortable with our personal definition of our spirituality and who we are, we can reach out to others. This how we can share it with Gaia in a Gaianic healing session. Our love is shared via our awareness and intention.

Try This

Open your heart and yourself to your sense of spirituality. Feel the divine energy coursing through you. Notice and accept the expansiveness of yourself and your connection to the universe, to Gaia. Feel your personal vibration rise up. Create a framework, a series of steps to help make this happen, and simply send your feelings of love and healing to Gaia. The more often you do this, the easier a set of protocols and procedures will be developed. It is similar to prayer and meditation or using the Rosary.

Activities

Come up with your own unique version and definition of your beliefs, or theology, and spirituality. Explore and share your spirituality with like-minded people, perhaps through organized religious or non-religious gatherings. Visit as many different groups, gatherings, churches or mosques, etc. as feel right. If you don’t find a perfect match, consider simply being content with your own version. You don’t necessarily have to belong to an official named organization or a group to be Spiritual. What would you name your version of Spirituality?

Explore other types of spirituality you know the least about. This opens up your awareness to new insights and ideology. Attend different religious gatherings, rituals and ceremonies with an open mind. This is the path to enlightenment.
