Stephen G. Reinhart is a Reiki Master, Usui-Shiki-Ryoho, studying at the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing in Jaffrey, NH, with a proud lineage of Usui-Hayashi-Takata-Gray-Reinhart, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher with Holy Fire II/Karuna® Reiki, studying under William Lee Rand of ICRT/Reiki.Org. Steve has been involved in energy healing since 1979, greatly influenced by his extensive travels in the far east. He incorporates positive thinking, healing imagery, sound vibration, 432 Hz music, crystals and creative visualization into every healing he does. What happens during a Reiki treatment?
A Reiki treatment takes between 60 and 90 minutes, balancing you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You are fully clothed, lying on a massage table. Healing energy is channeled through to you with a light touch. You usually feel heat, perhaps some pulses of energy and might sense or see swirls of color. This is the energy moving through you. It feels wonderful, relaxing, rejuvenating and energizing.
Immediate results include a sense of diminished stress, inner balance and a greater awareness of everything around you.
