Think About

What is the first thing you think about when someone asks you about your belief system and how it supports you and helps you to become a better person? Religion? Enlightenment? God or a higher power? Spiritualism? Do you name your specific faith? Have you ever noticed how many of the world’s faiths all have so many things in common? Be kind, loving, forgiving and look for ways to strive for perfection, to try and attain a place in your heart filled with unconditional love and acceptance, tolerance and awareness?

The Kabbalah is one of the many ancient faiths and belief systems that speaks to these things, to the potential goodness in everyone and supports the understanding and way towards a life filled with unconditional love and acceptance, tolerance and awareness. It also, however, is rooted in the connection between our spirituality and the creation of our universe; to the relationship between the eternal, immortal God and God’s creation, the mortal, finite universe. This makes it ideal for use in a Gaianic healing session. The Oneness has already been accepted and established.

Try This

As you study or consider the tenets and teachings of the Kabbalah, focus your attention on the spirit of Gaia, and send your love to her. Consider making healing Gaia the intention in each session. Heal the world, heal yourself.
