The Kundalini is within every human being coiled at the base of the spine since birth. It is the source of healing, creativity, spiritual insights and virtually everything where energy is required for the action and support of goals. Kundalini responds spontaneously or through focused intention. Kundalini activation is considered vital for those on a path to enlightenment, or Satori. There are some who say awakening the kundalini may create too much energy and can cause harm. A study of all aspects of kundalini is highly recommended before attempting true healing with it. Proceed gently, slowly and with deep respect and caution.
It may be activated by spiritual practices, focused breathing, meditation, Reiki, yoga, a profound life event or mental and physical stimulation.
Kundalini Attunement
A multi-day attunement system to help awaken the Kundalini within an individual through deep meditation. This is done through focused meditation and requires several attunement stages over several days or weeks.
Kundalini Yoga
This involves a series of movements, chants and breathing to awaken the kundalini energy thought to be coiled at the base of the spine and move it upward. The goal is to increase vitality and consciousness. This allows you to use the healing kundalini energy in any manner you choose; ideally in your Gaianic healing sessions.
Once you have activated and successfully awakened your kundalini energy, you may incorporate it as a healing tool into your Gaianic healing sessions. Be aware that the kundalini is a very powerful healing force and should be used with caution and awareness. It is used through deep meditation, with intention and focus on the healing goals and outcomes.

Start your personal path toward kundalini awakening with a kundalini yoga or meditation class. Meet with the teacher and other students and share your experiences as you progress. Tell them about your desire to use your kundalini for healing Gaia.
Activities
Kundalini Rising Activity
Sit in a comfortable position where your torso has room to move slightly forward and backward. Hold your arms with elbows at your side and palms in front facing up. Begin by getting into a seamless and rhythmic breathing with no discernible pause between the intake and exhale of breaths. Next, move your palms side to side so they go away from each other and then inwards toward each other, but not so much that they end up touching during the inward movement. Now gently arch your chest and stomach forward and outward, and then pull your stomach inward with a slight arch to your back. Connect this to your breathing rhythm. Next, time your movements of your hands so that they move inward when you pull your stomach in. This should have the effect of drawing small circles with your open palms. You are creating small energy vortexes. Do this for a few minutes until you have a good sense of timing and rhythm. Lastly, focus your attention on your lower abdominal area and tighten your buttocks, pulling in on your genital, coccyx and sphincter area as though squeezing and pushing your coiled kundalini energy upwards toward your Brow or Third Eye chakra through your spine. Once you feel the energy moving upward, try to hold it in your Brow chakra. Advanced users may incorporate chanting and toning.
Kundalini Energy Balance Exercise
Start each day with this exercise. Hold your opposing fingers and thumbs of your hands together so the tips are all touching in your lap over your Sacral chakra. Focus and think “Balance”. Hold this for at least 30 seconds. This helps to give you a full rebalancing of all your energy systems for the next hour. Repeat as needed.
